John McTear Glass is my father and sadly he passed away in Italy on the September 2nd 2011. He dearly wanted to return to the UK but was already in the end stages of COPD. He fought the illness for 10 years and for the last 2 years was so ill that he remained in hospital for 15 months. He's now laid to rest in St Convals Cemetery, Glasgow, Scotland. You have no idea how much my family and I miss him. I am hoping to raise money in memory of my dad for the Breath of Life Funds who support the British Lung Foundation. I hope the money raised will help those with not only COPD but those who suffer from any Lung Disease and help any family or friends affected. Please donate what you can, it would mean so much.
